I offer counseling for Colorado residents over telehealth and specialize in various issues such as anxiety, relationship issues, attachment wounds, inner child healing, and motherhood. I also provide Christian-based counseling if desired.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like
My name is Kelsey Schwartz and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am trained in various therapeutic models, and tailor my approach towards your specific needs and goals. I often like to go deep into your past, specifically trying to get to know your “inner child.” I believe that many of the unhealthy patterns and struggles we experience as adults are due to unhealed inner child wounds and trauma. Once we begin to get in touch with that part of ourselves, the road towards healing becomes much more clear.
Starting to get to know you, I first look at your goals and how you want your life to look different. We then often work backwards and start to uncover why you do certain things and what barriers stand in the way of changing. Then, we address them head on and gain more confidence while gaining awareness and overall skills to help you live your life to the fullest.

I accept Kaiser Insurance if in the Denver/Boulder plan
$150 for 55 minutes
$400 for 3 sessions
